The course is suitable to any level of Yoga practice. As we learn about correct alignment and the use of postures, you can build up, refresh and advance your knowledge.
The Yoga videos are adjustable - if you are a beginner, you will start with the first building block and progress in your own time (the videos are lifetime access).

6 WEEKS LIVE
The weekly workshop is 60 minutes and you can attend live or watch the recording.
Your private weekly check-in is 15 minutes. If you can’t make it, you can complete your check-in via email.
SELF-PACED CONTENT
Depending on how much time you have to dedicate to the course, you can:
complete the content intensively (around 3 hours weekly)
spread out the course load between the 18 weeks of course access (1 hour a week)

No, you do the Yoga videos in your own time.
However, all throughout the course and beyond, you can post videos of your practice on the private FB Group to get feedback.
You are welcome to practice along in the demonstration parts of the workshops but it is not essential. -
