First we excavate for stakes - finding your true ‘why’ for the practice you want will become the strongest element of your motivation.

Second, we lay down a foundation for successful body & mind work.

Without knowing what goes on in the body, we won’t move safely and effectively and will miss a chance to find a practice we’ll be able to stick with.

Third, we look at different Yoga styles and their potential for your Yoga goals.

You’ll see how your can vary your Yoga practice as your life’s and body’s needs change.

Next, we use a straight-forward template to put together a Yoga practice that’s ideal for you.

We’ll also look at ways to match it with your goals and your schedule.

We’ll focus on techniques relevant to the demands of your life

With only minutes to learn, you can easily add them to your practice and use them off your mat as well.

Without addressing exhaustion and overwhelm, our practice is on shaky ground.

Will the course fit my schedule?

The course is designed to work alongside any schedule.

For the 6 weeks of the course, you need a minimum of 60 min each week to participate in or to rewatch the workshop.

The rest of the course (around 3 hours per week) you can work through later - you’ll have free access to weekly live support sessions for a whole year.

Is the course right for my level?

The course focuses on deepening foundational skills and adding tools to your Yoga toolbox, so you can benefit whether you are just starting out or are looking for ways to improve confidence with your practice.

Even graduates of Yoga Teacher Trainings loved the course- having a continued practice is a struggle for everyone.

I doubt I’ll feel confident on the mat.

We felt that way for a long time too.

We will guide you through it step by step and soon you’ll love the quickly growing confidence that’ll spill off your mat as well.

l’ve never made a habit stick before.

Drawing on our own experience and dipping into recent research, we guide you in setting achievable habits and provide accountability to make them stick.

We still break our habits too, but coming back to them doesn’t feel like work anymore.

The course is not a good fit if you want:

  • The focus is to learn the underlying principles and safe alignment for Yoga poses, but not to master any number of Yoga poses.

    That being said, in the weekly check-ins, we are happy to break down a Yoga pose you are working on and answer your questions.

  • Our philosophy and goal is to give students the confidence to move away from on-demand videos.

    If you prefer to stick with pre-recorded videos, check out our 1:1 Program where you can have a video recorded just for you.

  • This course doesn't result in credit hours or a certificate.


Course Delivery:

For 6 Weeks:


  • Each week, we go deeper with the pre-recorded content in our workshops, but no preparation is necessary, just an open mind.

    This is the one element you need to keep up with, the rest of the course you can work through anytime after the live course.

  • If you don't have an extra hour in your week, don't worry.

    These additional live sessions are here to answer any questions and serve as check-ins to help keep you on track - you can also do it via email if you need assistance.

    & Daily access to a teacher throughout the 6 weeks, whenever you need.

  • Depending on the topic, there are either videos, audios, workbooks or PDF materials to work through.

& 1 year after course :


  • To help you stay on track with your new practice and troubleshoot things as they come up, you'll have weekly access to our Webinars for a whole year.
