We help you find a Yoga routine that works with your schedule and helps you reach your goals.

What could your Yoga practice look like?

Don’t worry about not knowing the Yoga styles and techniques. Just share with us what the goals of your practice are and we’ll take you through the options.

Together, we’ll figure out the best style for you (flow, Hatha, restorative…), the ideal length of your practice and also include any other Yogic techniques you’d like to explore.

Your practice could look like one or a combination of:

A morning routine to stretch, work out, or prepare your mind for the day

A full Yoga class, 30/60/… min

Evening routine to wind down, restore, or improve sleep

Other Yoga techniques we discover might help you to your goals:
working with the subtle body, breathing techniques, meditative practices etc.


How does the program work?

Start with a free consultation

With no obligation to book, we will chat to see if this program could be a good fit for you.

Fine-tune your practice over 3 or 6 weeks

Either weekly or bi-weekly (your choice), we will meet for 60 mins online to design and practice your new routine. After each session, your teacher will record a video you can practice along with.

With your new routine in place, you’ll build confidence that extends to other areas of your life. You’ll free yourself of the frustration of not knowing what to do, when, and how.
