✓ Do seated twists and forward fold Yoga poses safely and effectively
The 60 min class includes chapters you can skip to on the recording, to do what you need each day, and to build your own practice:
10 min standing stretches for legs, hips &shoulders you can do anywhere
5 min standing flow to relieve tight hips from sitting
10 min workout (stronger flow) for leg stretch & strength
20 min Yin style seated poses practice

The recording is lifetime access.

Both the workshop and the class give the base/variation that would be suitable for a complete beginner.
It is then up to you how far you feel comfortable going as we add variations and intensity. Since you’ll have the recording, you can increase the difficulty each time you repeat the class.
