MOUNTAIN POSE: Find alignment for better standing posture and learn how to apply it to many other Yoga poses.

CLASS: Gentle flow to:

  • Strengthen muscles which support healthy posture

  • Stretch and strengthen shoulders+ back

Seated Pose

Release Hips & Legs

SEATED POSES: Master the base to be safe in and get most out of seated poses (essential for hamstring stretches, lower back safety, etc.)

CLASS: Medium-intensity pose exploration and flow to:

  • Release hips

  • Stretch + strengthen legs

Down Dog

Strengthen Your Core

DOWN DOG: Find the right Down Dog alignment for your body and explore variations for different days.

CLASS: Medium-to-high intensity poses and flow to:

  • Strengthen all core muscles

  • Focus on center of the body (‘core-abdominals’)

  • Both the workshop and the class parts give the base/variation that would be suitable for a beginner.

    It is then up to you how far you feel comfortable going as we add variations and intensity. You can increase the difficulty each time you repeat the class.
