I am a false beginner. I've done a couple of Yoga classes in a studio or online. I've been doing Yoga classes occasionally for about a year or longer. I've been doing Yoga classes regularly for about a year or longer. I can do some Yoga poses by myself. I can do my own Yoga practice. I took a Yoga Teacher Training but I don't teach. I am a Yoga teacher. How confident do you feel when you are doing Yoga poses? I don't know yet where one pose ends and another one begins. . I can tell poses apart but I'm MOSTLY UNSURE about what should be happening. I RARELY FEEL CONFIDENT in Yoga poses. I SOMETIMES FEEL CONFIDENT in Yoga poses. I MOSTLY FEEL CONFIDENT in Yoga poses. What struggles do you face with Yoga poses? I am not sure if I am doing poses 'correctly'. I get confused by the connection of movement and breath. My body doesn't do the shapes as they are demonstrated. I have an injury/body limitation and I don't know how to adjust poses. I lack strength. I am 'not flexible'. I don't know the purpose of Yoga poses. I don't know which Yoga poses I should practice. What other forms of Yoga have you encountered? I want to understand how to string together Yoga poses to create a Yoga practice. I want to be able to do my own Yoga practice by myself. I am preparing for a Yoga Teacher Training. I took a Yoga Teacher Training and now I am building confidence/skills to create practice for myself and others. How do you/would you like to track your progress? I don't have a system yet. I include/can include my Yoga practice tracking in my planner. I will start using a new planner / calendar. I like to journal regularly. I feel resistance to tracking my progress ;-). How do you/would you like to stay accountable? I will find an accountability partner. I will set regular sessions with a teacher / trainer.
